Word. Kolarov at Lazio was very good, but he's been a joke at City. Motta-Esque.
That's a hyperbole, but I agree that his level dropped significantly in his City days. That still doesn't change the fact that he has shown and proven that he can be a good LB - a form he can possibly regain by changing his environment.

Maybe Kolarov is just a Serie A-type of player. He was good on Lazio, but his form dropped immediately when he joined Manchester City.

No, just hits the ball as hard and possible and it flies into the opposite stand. The Napoli game was probably his best game in a City shirt and that's not saying much, looking at how he defended in that game.
Idk, NT Kolarov and City Kolarov are like two different players. He carried the team alone, and Serbia finished third in their group. For a LB that's quite a haul. Every cross he made in the last 4 games was dangerous, too bad we don't have a striker who can knock them in. Just confirms what I mean, he can be good.

when you think that mancini still rates him and wont let him go cheap, there is very little point even thinking about kolarov, he isn't worth the effort, certainly cissokho and ansaldi provide a cheaper alternative and possibly a better one.

I wasnt excited, on the contrary glad it isnt him even rumoured to us. Matias Fernandez has been a choker throughout his tenure in Europe, extra annoying to see him in Villareal, started out well, then completely went missing early on (they signed him as their big creative force), very inconsistent. Atleast this Agusto Fernandez is unknown quality to me, except the couple times I seen him way back.

Who the fuck is that guy and why should we want him. I don't want to see anymore depth signings. Lets get some quality.

Jovetic and Hummels must be first on our hit list.

Juventus target Angelo Palombo
Juventus general director Giuseppe Marotta is a great admirer of the midfielder after working with him during his time at Sampdoria, and it is believed he would be willing to part with youngster Luca Marrone plus cash to land the 30-year-old.
Fuck I knew this was going to happen especially with troll being a Samp man. I said we'll get Palombo last mercato.
