Borja is easily one of the most underrated players in top football, would be EXCELLENT Pirlo alternative, very creative distributor. Plays in and from a country that has tons of players like him, so he stands out less (then say, would in EPL), but deffo great passer, and if the price is right, would be very nice aquisition.

I've never understood these rumors of scouts and directors going to watch a player live...will you learn that much form one game, isn't your general opinion already formed? It's not like hummels is an unknown up and coming talent in south america that requires you to go watch in person
