Baines has a gorgeous delivery, can take top quality free kicks, and has a solid engine. Would be a huge step up from de ceglie. But...would seem somewhat out of place in Italy. Gritty Everton, with their highly spirited and determined manager, suits him more than Vinovo...although I can see Conte liking him, for his work rate and tenacity as well as his talent.
