Ansaldi i like, he would definetely solve our LB problems.
Rhodolfo, can't say i've seen much but from the stuff i read about him and the little i saw, we could do better.
Cerci :sergio: he's mediocre why it is so difficult to grasp, and please don't compare Mancini/Quaresma to Hazard. The guy led his team to a league title at 21. He'll succed where ever he goes.
back when quaresma was at porto he was hailed as world class, just like hazard is now. It is only now the realisation in his failure to make it in a top league that he is no longer rated, who is to say hazard doesn't bring that same risk? as good as he is atm, you can't assume that he will succeed wherever he goes.

Stop talking rubbish, Quaresma showed quality, he was bloody impressive at Porto. Despite that any player, brilliant or shit, has a 50-50 chance of flopping or succeeding at a new club.

dede is linked with us, but nothing concrete yet.

as for cerci, he would easily start ahead of any of our current crop of wingers, he is alot better than you actually give him credit for, the talk about him in Italy is by no means hype.
cerci is a good player..watched a bit of fiorentina last season and he is very effective on that right side...i dont relly dont go off on 'he's not a big name player' but u have to give jack his jacket when u see the player play and is consistent over the majority of the season...

But here's the thing, you're making it seem like Quaresma doesn't have the quality to make it, the problem as Sal pointed out is that he's tactically retarded.
i already said that most here rated him as world class in his porto days, even i was a fan tbh, as for tactically retarded, i don't think many if anyone pointed that as quaresma's weakness back then. It's hard to call someone tactically retarded, i believe it is more down to their prefered style of play to the tactical system the manager decides to play.

I could have told you that, many members knew that. Hell there was a reason why he was let go at barca. The guy simply doesn't know when to keep it simple & play for the team, it was always about shining as an individual.

Once he'd moved from Porto he clearly looked lost on how to adapt himself to tougher competition and a league which had more tactical demands. He could get by on his own with some of the amazing shit he'd done in Portugal, it's tougher to do that in Italy/England.

I find it funny to compare a flopping case to Hazard and then wanting Rhodolfo, a player with pretty high flop odds (just like any other coming directly from the brazilian championship).
