You've got a few letters on Bold - what's your point?

How about Ziegler?
I think he's trying to say that Marotta can't spell. Marotta appears to have been going for "PLAY" but ended up with "PLAZ" (Z for Ziegler) on his first attempt and then "PLAV" (V for Vidal and Vucinic). So, we should now expect a "PLAW" and a "PLAX" before finally getting a player whose names starts with "Y".

Ok. That's retarded.

OFFICIAL : "Juventus F.C confirm the purchase of left-winger Giuseppe Marotta on a 4 year transfer worth $117 million with former captain Alesandro Del Piero, Gianluigi Buffon, Giorgio Chiellini and Andrea Pirlo sold to Internazionale Milano to fund the move. Juventus have also confirmed that Marco Motta and Simone Pepe will share the captaincy while the new Juventus Arena is being given to Torino F.C. Juventus will now play their home games in Moggi's backyard. It seems to be a promising year for the Vecchia Signora of italian football"

In other news:
- Moratti starts as striker for inter as they have no money left to replace Eto'o
- Barcelona decides to sign Rossi for €30 but he is immediately sold to Napoli for €70m + Cavani.
- Mario Balotelli was rushed to hospital after some people in Manchester jumped at the same time.

If I look at things from a simplistic view......our weakest spots on the field in my view are CB, LB, LW. Forget about subs...this is the first team. I expect CB and LW to be addressed but not Left Back. My biggest concern is that CB (Alex) currently not in good form it would seem....and LW? The guys mentioned have their issues. Bottom line unless you spend over EU20m you aint getting a great left wing - such is the scarcity in the market today for good names. Afellay has injury risks, Vargas not exactly world class, Perotti unproven, Bastos no longer an option if we get Alex anyway (both Brazilians), Elia all pace running and no end product etc.

For Juve to be truly competitive for top 3 we have to hope that the left winger we get is a gamble that pays off and that we resolve our center back problem.

What's the deal with LW at the moment? Are we gonna buy someone or what? Or is Marotta going to drag his feet on this one again too? :seven:
We'll buy two. Any two out of Afellay, Arshavin, Elia, Perotti or Giaccherini.

And I think Marotta may be lying. He said 2-3 players will be coming but I believe 4. I don't think Marotta was expecting for Bonucci to be sold but it looks like he will be for around €8-13m which should be enough to fund the transfer fees fo Alex AND Lugano.
