Inter will probably sell more than they'll buy. I doubt they'll buy Tevez if they don't sell both Sneijder and Eto'o, or one of them plus some other player. Inter are not going wild on the market for some time now and it's obvious that they're saving money.
Last year, for example, they sold (permanently or co-owns) players for 64.5m eur and they bought players for 33.3m eur. The season before they sold players for 16.5m eur more than what they paid for new players. Shortly, in the last two seasons they made almost 50m eur profit from sales and this year I expect more of the same.
Seems to me that most of the Italian teams are in financial troubles and only 2-3 of them (Juve included) buy more than they sell.
Two years ago they were lucky to have Mourinho creating the team and using the Zlatan money smartly. I doubt they'll be that lucky this time.
