I'd like a Cassano-Amauri swap but I'd also like it if Amauri gets a serious injury in early September. As annoying and weak he can be, at times he's a real beast. If he signs for Milan I hope they'll get the Amauri from his last seasons with Juve, not the guy from Palermo, Chievo, Parma and his first half season with us.
But I won't take that risk, so a serious injury is the best option :D

love cassano, but would it really make any sense to sign him with the imminent arrival of vucinic. Do we really want to sell quags to make way for cassano? it would be a waste of money since we wont get close to what we paid for him both in loan and permanent, this is precisely why losing out on cassano for free annoyed me

We should have taken Cassano when we had the chance in January but no fuckin Del blacks had to get in the way, it would have messed with his plans of finishing seventh I bet.

the very least Milan could let cassano go for, is 8-10 mil ... doubt Marotta would wanna look even more incompetent and go for cassano now, when just 6 months ago, he could have had him for basically free but refused him for 'character' reasons.

Am we the only ones who'd cancel a deal for Vucinic to get Cassano then? It makes so much more sense to get the better player.
Seems like it. Some things are just so simple and yet, effective. This is probably the kind of move that really helps us when we're looking to work our way back up. And if Cassano were to come, I would much rather save Quag and ditch Vucinic. For work rate before anything else. But unfortunately, even if this move happens, I feel like we'll do a Diego on Quag, which will be a dick move.

Well if we end up signing Cassano then maybe that's what Vucinic is for.
there is no even half-serious link between Juve and Cassano right now - Sky were simply hypothesizing about such a move ... it's literary a baseless rumour, at this point in time; nothing tangible to this story but speculative journalism at it's best.

still, would love to see Vucinic played at LW in a 4-2-4 ;)

Sky - Vargas first goal on the left

Important confirmations coming today by the broadcaster Sky, as regards the left wing. A confirmation of the anticipation of a month ago for the band that tuttojuve.com Juventus Vargas followed. Sky Vargas assumed that at Juventus would be willing to sacrifice Quagliarella.

Amauri per sostituire Gilardino e Martinez che sostituirebbe Cerci. Several reports are available to us that they see as a first option to offer the 2x1: to replace Gilardino Amauri Martinez would replace Cerci.

While Vargas Cassano would be solid, losing Quag is just not the way to go. The guy is a exactly the type of player we need. Skill, work ethic and a solid mentality om the pitch. Vucinic and Cassano, more so the latter may have more game on them, but overall, I'd much rather drop Vucinic if two of these three are going to be a reality.
