Juve are threatening to create a solid base this season, that can be built upon in future seasons.
Getting a bunch of good players (Lichtsteiner, Pirlo, Vidal, Vucinic, maybe Lugano and maybe a LW) is more useful to Juve right now than blowing a shitload of cash on one or two great players.
Solid base -> get into the CL -> add real quality to the team.
Also with the position Juve is in right now buying difference makers won't happen unless the player has some attachment to the club. If that LW comes Beppe may buy himself another summer to advance this team
I actually forgot about this but I'm still pretty sure he still has a big say in what goes on. When you hear him talking about Modric you would swear he is trying to sell a player with the skills of Messi and the personality of Del Piero.
Who you think it could be Salvo, Not a top player but very good and an improvement from what we have not playing in Italy.
