why some more? Boateng was/is a German citizen ... but, in the case of a non-EU player like Lucas, a co-own with Genoa would allow Milan to bring Lucas to Italy and should they decide to take him from Genoa later on, he won't count in the non-Eu quota.
Still, I think it is more speculation than anything else even though Milan have had an eye on Lucas for more than a year now.

Marotta is acting really slow this window, no sales neither buying. I hope we sign another 2 wingers and a couple of defenders on top of Vidal and Rossi. Otherwise we be seeing alot of Pepe and Motta in the coming season and i cant bare watching them again.
