I think Melo is worth more than 10m. He is still in his late 20s, had a great season and is still a Brazilian national team player. I am not sure if Vidal is better but Juve are talking 13-15m for a guy with 1 year left on his contract. Melo HAS to be worth more than 10m. I wouldn't except less than 10m. Otherwise, keep him.

sort of - he spent last season there, on loan, but Sevilla made the move permanent this summer. Fee was around 3-4 mil, iirc.

Realistically, I think Juve will get more than 10m. There are a lot of clubs interested in him. 10m is the bare minimum. I think his true market value is 13-15m maybe more. We paid 25m for him 2 years ago. He had one bad season and one very good one. You can't say his value has dropped that much.
