I think Juve could use a player on the LW, who can provide width as a typical winger but also can operate as an in-field mid too - an attacking mid/trequartista - kind of like you guys had Zidane and then Nedved on the left in the tactical formations even though none of them was a typical winger ... I think this would make for a more balanced team and would make less predictable too, considering you already have a typical winger on the right (Krasic).

We have an agreement with Rossi at 3.5mln/season but we're yet to find it with Villarreal and they say the difference is 10mln lol. They ask for 35 and we give 25 :shifty: We'd like to insert some player but they said no to Melo and Motta.

Vidal: Juventus? Hopefully, it would be a wonderful opportunity for my career

Benfica is in pole position for Danilo. ~10mln

Juve yet to make Rossi move

Juventus have made no significant move to sign Giuseppe Rossi, the Villarreal striker’s agent has noted.

Reports yesterday suggested that the Old Lady had basically agreed personal terms with the Italian and now just had to convince his Spanish club to sell.

While Federico Pastorello admitted contact with the Bianconeri, he insisted that there was nothing concrete.

“Juventus have made enquiries, as have other clubs,” Pastorello told Sky Spot Italia.

“I’m not a Juventus official and all that I will say is that Rossi could be a transfer objective of theirs seeing as they are looking for a striker.

“We can talk about it, but it is all hypothetical at the moment.

“Rossi is content at Villarreal and he has a good contract. He’s not desperate to leave at all costs. We are calm about everything.”

Nevertheless, the agent did confirm reports that he will be heading to Spain in the next few days to talk to Villarreal.

“Yes, that’s true,” he added. “I’m going to Villarreal on Friday to discuss the situation.

“There are a number of clubs who are interested and any decision will be taken in agreement with Villarreal.”

The Liga outfit value Rossi somewhere in the region of €30m. It’s understood that Juve are now targeting Rossi after signing Atletico Madrid ace Sergio Aguero proved too expensive.

Juve is looking to get Poli either in co-own deal or fully buy him off, with Poli possibly staying another year at Samp to help them get back in A, asap.

Juve's only rival for Vidal's sigi is Bayern M. Juve has the advantage of having reached a general agreement with the player and Bayer L not being willing to sell to another German club.

Hopefully this will be Marotta's last season with us.

We will need a smart and experienced director.

There are rumors about Capello becoming our director after euro 2012, I don't know if this is a solid rumor and if he would be a good choice.
Pass on him, he is kind of affected with the english hype.

My propose is: cut this GM crap and get a coach with his own ideas, like Mourinho. Agnelli needs to grow the fuck up and deal himself with the other clubs. If he cant, just put someone to do so, but who wont interfere with coach/scouts choices and who is not biased by nationality, agents or friendships (Samp). In fact, we need good relationships with some agents and clubs, but I guess Agnelli could make them for his own. Plus, we could always use Nedved, Del Piero (in the future)...

No, getting Bastos, maybe a striker, defensive minded midfielders, and maybe a centerback would be wiser.
Neymar seems unrealistic as he wants instant glory and sky-high wages.
I dont agree with wanting Neymar, but what, lets say: are Bastos, Rossi, Vidal and Silvestre better options altogether than Aguero and Hazard, for example? I personally think we just need 2/3 players. Let that DM be Melo, give a shot to our CBs and you have a team with two stars instead of one with good depth.

Quality > Quantity

Well, I should just put this quality/quantity stuff in my sign anyway... last season's results seem to be vanishing.

could be ... or maybe Conte just doesn't rate him much (not related to the Aguero vs Rossi matter) and sees him as a last-gasp effort to fill in that LW spot if his other plans don't pan out ... personally, I don't see Bastos as a world beater and he is 28 yo already.

I think Juve could use a player on the LW, who can provide width as a typical winger but also can operate as an in-field mid too - an attacking mid/trequartista - kind of like you guys had Zidane and then Nedved on the left in the tactical formations even though none of them was a typical winger ... Players who fit the above profile: costly option - Nani, Ribery; cheaper option (and my personal favorite) - Afellay
This guy knows what he speaks. Having Bastos here would make us a bit one-dimensional and predictable, to say the least. Having Vucinic here would be suicide.

The best options for our left flank are guys like Hazard, Nasri, Mata, Silva and the likes. Afellay would be great too. Versatible and creative bitches. Would give us some "tactical independence", if you know what I mean.

We asked about Ivanovic, AVB don't want him, want some one else for right back.
Marotta is a very good freind with his agent, same agent as krasic.
If he's getting sold, we'll try to get him.
Better defender we could get at this point. Quality, versatible and maybe even cheap.

Very good deal over there.

Marotta should tell them to fuck off. Storari was bought for more just a year ago and he had a very good season. We don't even need to sell him so the price we paid should be the absolute minimum.
Indeed, I see no reason to sell him for anything less than 5mln. He might be old, but it's not a lot for GKs.
