We have around 70-80 millions as a budget before sales, and we will make one big splash 30+ millions
37 millions is paid in instalments over 3-4 years. Only 12 millions this year
Selling players is vital to our transfer market, we will raise a hefty sum ~20 millions, or we might include some players in deals to lower the cash.

i hope you are right but i doubt it, i believe there is a relation to the 70mil loan with the 37mil acquisition of the loaned Italians and the 35 mil push for Aquero.
The loan is for 5 years to cover the 4 year installments, it doesnt matter when we actually pay them, but how much we commit this year. We cannot commit more than we have and we are still paying installments from previous years transfers, that dont affect the current one directly.

The new age Juve is made of incompetence but transparency too.
We need to show Zamp how much he can milks us, this time we have 33mil to spare, i hope it will be enough for Aquero (33mil cash +Tiago)
Time will tell, but i doubt we will commit more than 33mil, without selling someone.
