As if that is a bad thing..
Even if the player is absolute shite, it can never be good for the image of a big club to not be first choice, even to smaller teams in the same league. The a-list coaches all stay away from us today because of what a risky proposition we are. There was a time guys like Floro wouldn't even ask For a salary to play forr Juventus. And coaches like Benitez and Hiddink wouldn't need follow up calls to seek an appointment. They would be the ones doing the running around. Today it's all so different.

You know what I wonder? I wonder why there are 12 countries in South America, over 12 countries in the Balkans, 54 countries in Africa, 20 teams in France, 20 teams in Spain, 20 teams in England, and 16 teams in Belgium, and the only young talents we've signed recently from all of those categories combined are two fucking brothers from podunk teams the majority of this forum has never even heard of.

Think we're going for both Kun and Alexis? Or just one?
If the rumors about 70-80 millions are true, then i think we should try and go for both.
with 80 millions we can afford both+Lass+Beck.we'll need to sell some to return some of the money back.
Amauri,IQ,Sissoko,Pepe,Martinez,Grygera.
the sales i believe will bring about 35-40millions.

Isnt Pepe on loan with an option to buy? Isn`t he a Udinese player?

As for Lass isnt signing him means Melo will be sold?
