I think Lichtsteiner is better than Cassani.

I'd say they are at a pretty similar level, it's just that Lichsteiner is better going forward and Cassani is probably a bit better at defending.

Just depends on what type of fullback you want.

Lichsteiner not a bad defender, especially when defending one-on-one with a winger.

Cassani, I would say, is probably more reliable when it comes to situations where reading the game is more important, such as defending the back post or covering for others.

Both are good Serie A RBs, so I wouldn't have any issue with the signing of either.
