Pretty much. We can't afford 45 Million that's certain. Chelsea havent even got a manager so I doubt they're going to be bidding until then. With City until Tevez leaves I'll doubt they will sign Aguero they want Sanchez. A reliable guy over on another forum has said we'll know by the end of next week.

30mln + Tiago is not what would make me sell Aguero. Atletico bought Aguero for 23-24mln and after himself proving to be great, his value is 30? I highly doubt it.

Why?

There's no manager on this Planet that wouldn't want Aguero in his team. And plus, after signing Torres he's exactly what they need, considering Drogba's departure.
