Well I think that those three are world class according to Marotta.

Pirlo was world class but he isn't anymore(still classy though), Pastore has the potential of being world class and Bastos is a very good player(not world class though).
Apparently, we will get Lass for Melo.

I seriously expect something like this from Marotta:

Buffon
Beck-Bonucci-Chiellini-Ziegler
Pirlo-Lass
Krasic-Pastore-Bastos

This would not be bad but I would prefer better fullbacks.

Or we could be smart for a change:- Sign Vargas 10m+Martinez, Zigeler, M'villa for 15m(if we sell melo like you say) and spend most of our budget on a world class SS/ a player with the X-factor, i.e. Sanchez for 25-30million+Giovinco - proper mercato

Why we don't go after Bale , also Totenham wont be playing CHL footbal next year and he got injured maybe his price droped .
He would be amazing , he would be my #1 choise over any other player wich we have been linked .
He can play in 4-4-2,4-2-4,4-2-3-1 etc . . .

Exactly how I feel. He seems to be inconsistent as well. Not worth the money Spurs wants for him.

He got really lucky against Inter but if he were playing for a stronger team there's no doubt in my mind he'd be much better than this second half of the season.
