im a die hard juve fan, but is anyone else getting a bit worried about the amount of signings roma is making. and theres still another month left of the window. them and lazio look to be creating quite good teams. but i think if we land rossi and a defender, we'll be up there with scudetto challengers

They lost Mexès, Juan is getting older and more fragile, Ménez(done to PSG?) and Vucinic probably gone, Riise gone...Bojan? 20m for the Argie Lamela who'll need to prove he can cut it in Europe? That LB?

    bah!

Roma have only got Lamela, Bojan and Angel, haven't they? And they are losing/have lost a few good players.

Lazio have made a few signings, but not many that will strengthen them. They've lost Lichtsteiner and Muslera, after all.

The Poli rumors are stupid, we should instead play Giandonato who is probably more promising anyways.
    or Gabriel.

what we need after Vidal is a LW. That'S the priority with a top CB if Conte doesn't think Bonucci can do the job or be compatible with Chiello. After that let's wait and see with Kun's value will descend and go for it. Backups can be bought anytime or we could keep the youngsters(De Silvestro, Pasquato...).

What'S the situation with his passport? Don't think he got it yet or it'd be in the news.

anyway, we read the Cesena link so I wouldn't be surprised we'd want Giaccherini.

So do we have to settle for DC & Ziegler as our LB solution?

Maybe we're still waiting for that then...

What I keep reading is that apparently Vargas would be the perfect LW for Conte's system, and Bastos not so much. Aren't they quite similar?

Well, according to plenty of people, PDC suddenly learned how to defend before his injury, so it might not be all that bad. I'm just really really glad we've bought ourselves a really solid RB. I hope we'll sign a LW and a CB ( or LB.. ).

Fuck me. Our opponents will know precisely where to focus their energy.:sergio:
It is true that the LB will be our weak spot but if De Ceglie plays like he did in the few games he played before his injury and Ziegler improves defensively(he just needs to work with coaches, he's still young), it might not be as bad as many think.

:howler: As if! We really need to get a solid LB because if we don't get a good CB, the Bonucci-Chiellini partnership won't plug that gap.

No chance, DC is very limited & he hasn't shown anything to suggest he could hold down a starting spot. He's a squad player, simply put. Ziegler i'm not to confident about but i'll give him the benefit of the doubt but considering the issues we've had over the last 3/4 yrs with our defence you'd think our dolt management would focus on that first.
