Im worried if Pirlo gets injured, we do not have anyone else to perform his role considering that Conte's tactic highly focus on possession football. Marchisio is starting on the left wing because apart from Krasic the current wingers we have are worst than an out of position CM playing at LW. The way i see it he wants both Martinez and Pepe out if possible.

Yeah if Pirlo gets injured it's gonna be a problem, but we can get by just fine with Vidal in his role. Our wingers will do all the creative work on the field. Our midfield can just punch people up.
