Ya but he truly is a beast. Speed and range he has is like prime Sissoko but he can pass the ball at least and is young.

It'd be nice to have both, then. But I'd take the dynamic Inler.

Fernando would provide stability in a 4-3-3 , not so sure inler would do that. If we kept melo ( I doubt) then a mid field consisting of melo-pirlo-inler would be decent. Ideally I would like a midfield consisting of melo, marchisio, pirlo.

Stability? That's more what midfielders like Pirlo and Inler would bring since they dictate the play, not a hustling type midfielder like Fernando.

That one "advantage" that Marchisio has wouldn't make it a better midfield. Inler is a couple levels of quality higher than Marchisio and would make that midfield very strong. Sorry to say, but with Marchisio it would just be decent.

This too. And I'd pick Inler firstly. In a three man midfield and with those players, this would be my first choice:
