But we absolutely need a striker , a RW , one midfielder good enough to ''challenge'' Vidal and Marchisio and add depth and finally either a CB or a LB.

I agree. With a year out of football (and the same injury twice), his value will be very low and he wont be fit until october-november.


I think thats a good opportunity to get him on loan for a low fee and evaluate him and if he recovers buy him for 10-15 million.

meh now i would simply buy him for almost free , after these two injuries i doubt they can ask 10-15 milion , they could have asked that after the first but after this one i would take him for 7 mil . It would be a good idea , add him to the top striker we will get and wait calmly till he recovers if he does recover at his levels we would have a very valid alternative taken at a really low price if he doesn't you could simply sell him again for the same price you got since he will be fit

I'm not the biggest fan of Vucinic but I think he will be sufficient for the LW spot as long as we get a cracking RW(like Di Maria) and a clinical striker (Dzeko). We indeed need a LB (Kolarov) and a CM backup (Asamoah or promote Appelt). We are also definitely buying Caceres permanently, great backup.

Di Maria is much more than a diver. He's one of the five best wingers in the world and one of the best passers around. His through balls are crazy.

Di Maria is ANYTHING but lazy, one of the more hardworking wingers around, he doesnt stop running, and its only really one game that requires alot of defensive effort from Real attackers, and in classico games Di Maria is usually the one that covers most ground for them.

Honestly have no idea, I dont think we will invest a big sum in that position, if it was main focus, we would be able to get or try for a real quality option, but our focus will be on a striker or SS and I'm gonna guess we wont go for higher then 10m-is for a RW prolly.
