Wasn't too impressed there with what I saw in that vid. I agree that he has a nice first touch, but he very rarely succeeds in what he's trying to do. Also, keep in mind that the defences in that league is utter shit compared to Serie-A.

That video proves that his touch is very raw, wouldn't mind him but for a fair price

that was only one game
and noone succeds to do every dribble
this guy is special in the way he touches and controls the ball
i could put other videos like this

i have seen the kid when sao paolo has played and he has always impressed me
i know that defenses in serie a are much tougher , but lucas dribbles in a way that i think he can pass every defender

some guy Juve and Napoli are interested in apparently. He said so to some Naples media but that could just be him selling himself to some other clubs. Click on the pic for more info. :D

I forgot we were interested in Walcott last summer. We'll probably reignite our interest once again.

    Buffon
    Lichtsteiner - Barzagli - Chiellini - Cissokho
    Vidal - Pirlo - Marchisio
    Walcott - Rossi - Vucinic

    IN: Cissokho (12-15M), Nainggolan (12M), Walcott (12-15M), Rossi (15M*)
    Total: ~57M

Hopefully we can get a good price on Rossi because of his injury and Villarreal's poor run. However, I can't see it being that low unless they were to get relegated.

I'm not too fond of Walcott, but I think he's better than Pepe. He has the speed, pace and work rate for Conte as well.

prices are wrong cissokho will never come for 12-15 , max 10 mil even his agent said that in january you could get him for 9 mil
nainggolan maybe will cost just a little above that althrough the price is right
and for walcott i don't really now but in my opinion he will cost more

Nobody has an idea of what budged and restrictions the management will give marotta this summer, however.

I like the formation, despite my bias against walcott.

but i'm not sure if we'd spend on a leftback again with de ceglie and caceres, and considering its england, i'm not sure if walcott can go for anything under 20 million. also, there are his wages.

but i like the way ur thinking formationwise

He's shown he has the ability for a while now, and has been producing the goods consistently for club and country. Given the chance on a big stage, I think he can do it.
i agree with this opinion. rossi has been a succes wherever he went, including the azurri, wich means a big deal for me. He might be still at villareal, but lets not forget what position they were last year.

    He'd do well at juventus

also, think about the commercial aspect. He's italian, flairfull. He'll generate a rather big commercial windfall, wich could back back a significant deal of the fee we pay for him.

Lucas would be AMAZING signing, but insanely doubtful we are even looking at him, more likely to go to one of the milano clubs sadly.
i have read that intermerda was very close to him , i really hope he doesn't go to them , althrough i am sure they will ask a shit ton of money for him and it won't be easy for anyone getting him , a good thing would be reaching a deal with the player and force his team to sell him , if marotta does that he would be my hero
in brazil i have read milans interest only on ganso althrough it seems to have faded

Lucas is a fantastic player. his extreme speed and dribbeling coupled with good vision and pretty high workrate for his type of player, very interesting.

to me, he would be excellent if he'd be pirlo's heir. not as a deeplying regista offcourse, but as a free roaming central midfielder
yeah, i know he's a natural CAM, but he has the qualities to perform excellent like that.

i however, am pretty certain, that he will go to barcelona or real madrid, whilst also excellent for epl.

he'll be forever in my fifa team tho, one can dream

I see we missed out on Shaqiri.

This summer will be Hazard missed as well.

    G.Rossi here we come. :sergio:
rossi is not wc , but he would be a good signing in my opinion
and we get the ec at pepes position
hazard would never come to us
first zidane highly sponsors him at real , plus they ask 40 mil for him
and personally haven't seen much of him so would i would not invest money on him , althrough i am not qualified enough to judge that

We dont have the funds to sign shaqiri in the winter.

Hazard is financially impossibale for us. we cant afford 40+ mil for a player that is inexpirienced at the highest level, new to serie a, and doesnt generate that big commercial payback.
its like saying we missed out on 45 mil pastore.
we can afford 30 mil for a player, anything over that number has to be flowing back trough merchandising

Rossi is a good player that has proven himself everywere he playd, is currently value'd far below his real price, still young, italian so fits in immediatly, and will generate a big commercial boost because MANY of the italian juventusfans will buy his shirt.
