ok close ball control is good when you play with guys like iniesta and xavi with low hanging balls around the area, but he comes to serie A and teh balls are not as smooth and he has to do a lot more work
i know everything is easy with iniesta and xavi , but i am talking about individual skill and messis is undeniable
he has one of the best close ball control
a great deal of fantasy
great speed
and fantastic tecnique
and he has a terrific dribble in tight spaces

messi would be very good for serie a
the ones i see hardly adapting are players tactically stupid , like krasic , or players that need a lot of space to show their potential , like krasic
messi is not in these categories

it needs to be seen how napoli will deal with cavani lavezzi hamsik
they cannot keep the all
cavanni lavezzi are the best of the trio and probably are the ones who will go , but you must also take in accaunt that hamsiks agein is raiola , so he will undoubtely ask more money for him

Lavezzi will leave this summer, if he stays any longer they'll rob him to death.

The worst penalty taker in the league and maybe Europe.

Flopsyk.
Really makes one wonder if Napoli's other players are a bunch of cowards.

When Cavani isn't available, why aren't Lavezzi or Inler or someone stepping up and taking responsibility?

Man whoever doubts that Messi would cut it in seria A really needs to check his head. He would cut it into any italian team and be a definite starter for at least 4 positions.
Both him and ronaldo would be considerably less profilic, but still lead the scoring charts.

i'm however convinced, that a strong italian team with messi, would be much harder to defeat in a cupcompetition then current and last year barcelona
