Pato is quite inconsistent as well, doesn't seem like he and Zlatan have good chemistry. I think Milan has a much better record when Robinho and Ibra are playing up front.
pato is inconsistent because he gets injuried a lot most of the matches he is not recovered at full or has just come from an injury

Pato is always injured, isn't good at passing the ball at all, his first touch is suspect and he has an attitude problem.

If they get a 30M offer for him, they should definitely sell.
agree with the first and not with the others

At best Pato will be an Inzaghi type player, without ever being as clinical as the former.

He isn't even remotely close to Zlatan. If they get a 30M offer which will probably come from PSG, they should definitely sell and buy a better striker who isn't so one dimensional.
totally disagree with that pato is nowhere near inzaghi type of player inzaghi is an opportunist pato is a different type of player

Bullshit, Pato is quality, no doubt at all about that. How he is one dimensional is simply beyond me?! Injuries are the only thing stopping him from being recognized as a top striker.

That being said, i do think it could be very useful for them to sell him. He's extremely injury prone and as a young prospect that still hasn't fully reached his potential but has shown glimpses of what he's capable of when fit(and he's capable of a lot), i think he could fetch them a decent sum. As Treq said, Boateng doesn't really cut it as an AM. He's energetic and makes good runs, but technically he leaves a lot to be desired. I don't think he's capable of being a good CM in a 3 man midfield, as he doesn't have enough discipline or intelligence for the role. I think he is an AM, just not a very good one. Having him on the bench for another more technical AM would do Milan a lot of good. Still, i think if Milan buys Pato, then replacing him with another good striker(Cassano is out for god knows how long and Robinho is terribly inconsistent) and buying a CM that can actually pass the ball(Aquilani doesn't cut it) is more of a priority than getting an upgrade to Boateng.

agree with some of your points but i doubt they will bench boateng now if i remember well they want to try him in midfield

it is not that easy to bench him because he runs a lot in the way milan are now i would not bench him for anyone if they put a tecnical player in the trequarti they would have a stellar offense but middfield would be a walk in the park for the opponents the way they are now

think it like this

........van bommel
seedorf.......nocerino
........trequartista

van bommel is not doing as well as last year seedorf doesn't do much on defense plus both he and van bommel have their age if aquilani plays at seedorfs place he still doesn't run that much the trequartista will not run being a quality player and not a quantity player the only one who would run a little would be nocerino but he doesn't run enough to cover all his team mates
they would become super vulnerable in middfield they need to make other changes in middfield to afford sending boa to the bench and putting a quality player at the trequarti

So, what SS and CM are we buying for the summer?
Because these are mandatory purchases in each and every transfer window and are always given priorities, the sooner we deal with them, the more we will know about our remaining resources and available options for our real needs.

We seemb to be filling the gaps on those two positions this wintermercato, so what the summer brings remains to be seen

In the past 6 years, regardless of needed or not, we keep spending our budget on new SSs and CMs, so it doesnt matter who we bring, our board will find a way to keep this trend. Even if we make the Boriello and Pizarro/ Montolivo loans permament moves in June, it is safe to conclude that our transfer budget will be spent mostly on new SS (Jovetic) and CM (Montolivo/De Rossi?)

Our transfer budget will be about 50mil, minus the sum we will spend for the SS and the CM, plus the cash made of the sales, like Giovinco (3?) Melo (5mil?), Quaq (6?) Krasic (7?)

He's Albanian and is inspired by Marchisio's play. Hopefully this year's. :p

    His favorite club is Juve.

We are in negotiations with Empoli to sign him.
