lol. yeah he really made an impression over there. Sure he had a few good games but even at his best level in barca he would have been playing in the reserves in today's barca. I'll never get why people follow people and not teams. Feels like a strong tendency to become stalker rather than a fan. Great players will always come and go anyway but the club (hopefully) remains.

Anyway, if Italian football can shape up and become dominant once again everyone will piss on shitty and the rest like they today do on Italian football. People go where the wind blows. I just hope that once Italy shows it true self again, like in 2006, they don't forget their roots. I admire the surroundings around Italian football, the culture and the respect the players have to former players. Like how Gattuso and everyone else speaks so highly and proudly of footballers who quit playing 50 years ago. How they adress them and show them their outmost respect with sincerity. Not just namedropping or doing anything fake. The culture around Italian football is beautiful and keeps impressing me. I love it. Juve showed by playing against Notts that the spirit is still burning, let's hope it always will. If it does and Italian teams once again become dominant no one could ever deny the Italian superiority.
