Interviewed by Tuttojuve.com, Amir Ruznic, agent of Palermo attacking midfielder Josip Ilicic, has declared: "I have read on the papers about Juventus interest, butthings are different. His situation? At the moment I haven't talked with anybody from Juve. Of course I can't exclude that the two clubs have talked about the player. He is a grat talent and I wouldn't be surprised if the major European clubs would be interested. A possible transfer in January? I really don't think so, Palermo count on him. His evaluation? Hard to answer, all I can say is that added to his contract there is a termination clause".

Napoli will be a test for us, if we win with a 4-3-3 I really think this is the formation we should be using here on out. If that's the case, I don't want us to sign traditional wingers like Krasic. Ramirez would be good if he could play in a 3-man midfield or Pepe's current spot. Maybe he can sub in for Pirlo?

Juve have a solid base at the moment. On the transfer market, Juve should only focus on getting players who guarantee a step up in class. For example, if we go for a left back, we want someone equal to Lichsteiner's quality - proven. If we don't and gamble on 2nd or 3rd choice we will end up with another Martinez or Elia type situation. It will end up costing us more in the long run if we don't get the class players.

My view is, if you can't find someone who guarantees a higher level, don't spend. We have enough average to above average players. We need winners - guys that really make a difference.
