actually, just for the record, Raiola did that but it was Berlusconi who stopped the transfer - some say it was because the of the Mondadory rulling, others, because he didn't like that Fabregas didn't have his full heart set on joining Milan and was hesitant about the move and wanted to see what Barca could do first about bringing him to Camp Nou before.
