It might happen if the reports are true about no progress on a new deal. Plus he earns way too much already.

If Chowder buys Gyorkeres then Zirkzee will probably come to us. Seems written in the stars.

Just don't know who will score the goals if he comes. I guess Mckennie or Koop.
Zirkzee shouldn't be more then a second option.. So unless we're talking about replacing Milik (which could be the case soon) he shouldn't be considered...

FYI - I'm noticing a lot of Arsenal fans calling Calafiori a complete waste of money and total bum. If Jungtoli was smart he would lead a psyop against him and Arsenal so we can grab him on the cheap in the summer. :klin:

Oh, I agree. But I'm not a big Zirkzee fan. But the guys in charge might think otherwise.

Lennon Miller?

I agree that I don't think any current SPL players are the level we need. If some of Celtic's better players were 22-23 instead of 26-27 it might make sense.
Yeah that's the one. I've not seen much of him but he gets a lot of hype. Also seems quite mature for a young player and captains his team. I wouldn't have thought he'd get to the level we need but Ferguson has done far better than I expected so who knows. A move to a mid table Serie A team would be a sensible move for him.

And why would u want another player who is always injured here?

Would you consider Ferguson post-injury if you were Giuntoli?

Guintoli and a post knee injury player? I'm sure he is all over him.

To be honest pre-injury I wasn't 100% sold on him. He's a good player but I'm not sure he is the level for a starter in a scudetto chasing team, which is what we should be basing on signings on.

If the price was low and his injury isn't too bad he could be a good squad option. He is good tactically and knows what Motta wants. He is also the sort of player you could play anywhere and he'd put in a solid performance. But the injury is the issue. We've seen with others that you don't always get back to the same level from knee injuries (although given that the is not an explosive player it might not be as big an issue). It really just depends on his injury and the price which probably wouldn't be low enough for the gamble.

I also don't want to start packing the team with Motta favorites either. Zirkzee, Ferguson, Beukema, Lucumi, Kiwior, et cetera, Not that they're bad players for Motta but don't want to be stuck with system players if everything goes south.

We need balance between maturity and experience and youngsters. We are loosing another leader in Danilo, i wasn't his fan tbf but he was a good player and one of the captains. U cant just go and replace another leader with 20 or 21 yo defender, we are not fucking Ajax, we need someone who can handle pressure and did play under it. I would tend to say that our current situation is mostly related to playing so many unexperienced players. Adding another guys who didn't handle a pressure like at Juve and played for some shitty club is a big risk.

That's why I wouldn't be surprised if we ended up with Lindelof or Maguire in January.

This rumor also seems to gain some traction, finally one which indicates that we might actually have a talent scout out there for the first team too after all.

Jj fans thinking 2 new CBs will be signed this window when they have Danilo and Rugano on the payroll

Pls discuss
i dunno about two, imo we should be signing two, but one is more than sure. Danilo has half year left on his contract and will find suitors, Rugani also has contract until the end of the season and he is on the Ajax payroll for the rest of it.

None of those purchases made by Junktoli :giu:
Yeah, you are right.

He went even worse, full force.

He sold them Serie A current 3rd top goal-scorer for peanuts and splashed huge chunk of money on Nico, who played like 3-4 games for us.

Stop defending what can't be defended.

You, @Robee , @campionesidd and @DanielSz were dead wrong.

Time to leave the dark side and jump off the Giuntoli lap which you rode so long.

We're welcoming you back to the cool squad. But only if you apologize to me, @Lion, @Bjerknes and @JCK.

Nah I'm project Junktoli all the way. Don't judge at least until season ends.

I read a rumor about Vlahovic-Zirkzee swap. Now if that happens, then that's a sackable offense but I'm confident that won't happen.

Sackable offense was spending 500 million on transfer fees, agents and salaries and finishing the first part of the season 6th.
