There are only 8 games left before the transfer window opens. They just need to survive with what they’ve got until then. A free agent isnt gonna come in and make much of an impact in that time, especially since it’s really just the depth that’s taken a hit. Makes more sense to integrate some of the younger players. Who knows, maybe they play well. If they don’t, January really isnt that far away.
Skriniar? Hard no for me. He is damaged goods. Didn't Marotta organise a meeting between Skriniar and 'Ndrangheta so they could pressure Skriniar to renew? The wiretaps said Skriniar was trembling at that meeting.

It's a lot harder in the winter window. Clubs aren't looking to sell their good players in the middle of a season, either because they're competing for something or trying to avoid relegation. It's a very limited market.
These are the times you look for a short term stopgap for an out of favor player, or a team in a tough situation with a player contractually (like Tah at Leverkusen).
Like if some team is decimated in the midfield and just needs some bodies to help get through the season, I'm sure Juve could get a call about someone like Arthur for a half season loan.

I dont know about damaged goods but I highly dislike this guy therefore I dont want us to sign him BUT I do have to admit - He is currently the strongest defender we can get and Im not even sure there is much of a competition.
If we do get him, it means the club thinks very well in terms of how to deal and get bargains BUT also that the club dont care about their fans`s wishes.
If we dont - We might be doing a mistake as he does seem like the best option BUT we can continue in harmony and dislike players for not performing rather than them being pieces of s***

Well yes and no. I mean Zirkzee is indeed familiar with the Motta style but is also not really of a mighty goalscorer.
I guess it wouldnt hurt to loan with option (but no obligations..)
