Winter: clear and simple -
1 CB - Since I think the only relatively good CB is Skriniar and I guess Giuntuli thinks the same (even if I still dont want him)
I think we will try a loan with option/obligation.
In that case the only thing he can do for us to forgive him is probably score the CL winning goal, removing his shirt (and get a yellow) but it will be worth it as beneath that shirt he reveals a shirt that says Inter Merda.
Since this illusion not going to happen, I will support him like a real fan while thinking he is a piece of ....

As for CF - Realistically we can only go for Vice Vlahovic at the moment.
Vlahovic wont be sold easily and South America is probably the only place to get a surprise but then we dont have that non-eu spot so best case scenario is probably Lorenzo Lucca... I just hope he wont be expensive.
I always liked Kean tbh and wasnt as happy we sold him even if he indeed not perform last season.
Its something about his quickness.

In the summer we are heavily linked with J.David and his movements would help as well as his finishing but I dont like the fact that he is not athletic or extremely quick.

I have to think his wages are pretty high (I'm too lazy to look it up), which makes me think a option/obligation to buy would be more complicated than a straight loan.

He'd probably have to significantly reduce his wages to sign permanently with Juve ---- and I'm not sure he's looking to take a pay cut to a situation where he's not a guaranteed starter moving forward.

I think a straight loan makes sense for both sides. He could potentially rebuild his value in Serie A, increasing his market for next summer, and Juve get short term help for the year and dont add a big salary at a position they wont need to moving forward.

Skinriair would be a guaranteed starter here. He’s so far ahead of current players it not even up for debate . Hes same level as Bremer if not better.. at least he was before he joined psg.

He would be a great signing if somehow juve could get him

Would he? It's not easy to walk into a team in the middle of the season and instantly become a starter, especially when you haven't been playing regularly all season and a team isnt fully invested in you long term.

And again, if he's not locked into a starting position long term next to Bremer, why take the likely required pay cut to join Juventus?

Skriniar - Bremers is not the route we should be eyeing... We need at least one CB who's more comfortable in playing out from the back.

if capology can be trusted, Skriniar is on 9m+2m in bonuses per year net in PSG. For comparison, Bremer is on 5+1, Danilo on 4m, Kalulu on 2m+0.4, Gatti on 1.4m and Djalo on 0.8m. I can't see how he fits in our wage structure or why he'd be worth such a massive wage.

loan with psg paying part of the wages is a potential solution

not that i want him, i always thought he was a dumb player who got plenty of protection in serie a. and nowadays he's benched by a guy called willian pacho at psg

You do know that a flop like Douglas Luiz will cost this club close to 100 million in total in next few years.

What are you doing penny-pinching about one of the best Serie A defenders in last 10 years, bro?

not my pennies, can't be pinching or not pinching, just commenting what I think is a good approach. I've never been a fan of overpaying free agents (or taking on massively overpaid players), was not a fan of Rabiot, Ramsey, Paredes and similar signings, more often than not you end up regretting the move.

one solution for these conundrums I did like was the structure we had with Emre Can, we gave him and his agents a massive sign-on bonus and therefore his yearly salary was not absolutely ridiculous and we were able to move him even if he kinda flopped for us or at least didn't live up to expectations.

I completely agree. Which was my point about him potentially coming to Juve on a pay cut to be a backup. Why would he agree to do that? And why would Juve pay him high wages to sign him to be a backup?

A 6 month loan makes a lot of sense for all parties (assuming PSG would even be open to that)
