Hungarian Gyorkeres?
he's got hungarian roots (lol, his name "gyökeres" means rooted/rooty, "gyökér" means root), his family name is defo hungarian, and iirc his granddad was hungarian

he was born and raised in sweden though, played in all swedish junior teams and now for their senior nt too

Not liking the names we're linked with. A big NO for Skriniar and Tah. We would be paying overs for mediocrity.

Sesko isn't any better than Vlahovic.

Not convinced Jonathan David has the right profile to succeed here.

Giuntoli needs to be judged based on his next move - that will demonstrate his competency.

Milik is fully recovered. He is like a new signing to us.

Rugani misses Italy, so does his family. He's even watching our game on the bench.

We had a great transfer window.

-- Giuntoli by the end of winter mercato.

I'd rather avoid the former captain of Inter. I have only seen highlights of Dragusin, how solid is he nowadays? If Danilo leaves we will need to sign at least one really solid defender to rotate Kalulu and have some competition for Gatti's spot. Can Dragusin be that person until summer?
This is a good point - we will need to replace Danilo probably next summer anyway so actually we might as well invest hard on a CB as they aren't just a temporary fix for Bremer.

Effectively Danilo is the temporary fix for Bremer.

Juventus is still closely following the situation of Skriniar. The Slovak is still on his way out from PSG, but those in Turin are waiting before making a potential move. In fact there are some specific reasons that are not convincing yet: the technical characteristics of the player that would not be matching with Motta's ideas, and the large figures in play at an economical level.

Rumors that Real may be tempted sell Tchouameni. Probably just rumors, but we should jump on that ASAP.
The price would be silly if they put him on the selling list.

Great player but we will strengthen the wrong area.
CB should be signed first and a good one not a meh one. Then we need to replace our non hitting forward - CF. Only then we should even think on other areas but even then I`d personally rather go for a LW.

I don't know why we'd blow our entire budget on another midfielder? Not even Tchouameni.
plus he is not exactly living up to the hype at Real, he is just pretty average I would say. If anything, for the midfield we imo need a competent playmaker, someone who can play like Fagioli did vs Leipzig but on regular basis. Koop is too much further up the pitch to do that and im not sure he has those characteristics.

For the defense the Dragusin idea is appealing, as he grew up in the Juventus youth sector and launched at the top level with the second squad. Following his adventure on loan with Samp, Salernitana and his transfer to Genoa, the player born in 2002 moved to Tottenham. The return in Serie A should not be excluded if the call comes from la Vecchia Signora, considering that the player remained very much attached to Turin. But an opening from the Spurs would be needed to let him go on loan: it's not impossible but certainly not easy.

I checked and he only played 3 league matches so far. And only two of those was a starter where he played 90 mins. The other match he came as sub and played 9 mins. He did play full 90 mins in their 2 cup matches though and played in 2 Europa league matches missing one due to suspension.

It shouldn’t be impossible to get him but negotiating with Tottenham is a always a pain for any club

A CB, RB, Zhergova, and a Deputy Striker over the next two mercatos, and this team will be cooking for real.
I’d very much like Zhegrova here after what we’ve seen from him but thing is he seems primarily a RW, or at least that’s where he is at his best, and we already have Nico Gonzalez, Conceicao and even Weah all preferring the RW role too… think we should probably look at some natural LW options instead tbh.
