Personally i think it’s going to be between Cambiaso and Dorgu, but that’s only because i have a feeling Udogie which i also rate as a very good LB will eventually turn into an even better CB later in his career.

Also Guttierez is a good shout, but won’t be cheap either, and if we are desperate we will easily end up overpaying, our best best chance is a swap + cash from City for Cambiaso, but seems as something more likely to happen in the summer rather than now.

White English? Would be a very low number, plus those who have played abroad before. For those of minority backgrounds it's obviously going to be higher.
Edit: I don't imagine Kyle Walker would speak another language becuase his background is Caribbean. Tomori may well speak Yoruba or whatever his background is.
