I meant he comes from a bad spell at Man Utd and it will take time for him to integrate.
He knows how the club was and not how the club is now... We are not the same team from a couple of seasons ago - This is not Conte`s or Allegri`s team and there is a different approach.
Mental wise he is a player that we should rather get in the summer so he can train with us rather than just get on January but I dont think we have anything to lose as we currently suck and definitely need a player with his characteristics..

Anyway we should definitely get him given the chance - I dont see many who can make a serious impact in midfield available and if there is one we should definitely do everything to get him.
Pogba love him or hate him can definitely be a monster for us.
The only thing that should be considered is tactics - Getting Pogba means we need to play with 3 men midfield (which I personally like).

bayern actually rate their youngsters unlike us. Davies, kimmich, goretzka, gnabry, coman etc... all home developed.

You are right. But to be picky, it depends on what you mean. BM has developed them and given them the chance that almost no one else would have given them. But none of the above are really developed by BM. We have a lot to learn from BM - No doubt! But in the same sense we could argue that it was us that developed Coman, but that would be inaccurate.
BM has a WC academy but their strength is given youth a chance and develop players to another level. The first team players are not breaded from the academy. They are - like everyone else is doing - sweeping up talents worldwide but they manage to nudge them that last step and offer them a chance.
