If Eriksen goes to Inter then he's a bum. He wants trophies and a shot at the CL so settling for Inter makes no sense. Also, there's no need to be frightened of him, he can be neutralised like any other player.

Would people swap Rabiot for Xhaka?

I'd be surprised if he went there. I'm sure he'd get better offers and better clubs on him.
He looks like he lost a step this past year and a half but still top.

Who cares, you sell any and everyone amongst that list if you can get Eriksen. Its that simple. He is a world class top of his field player, all our midfield options except Pjanic arent consistent top level players at all. The quality gap is so huge with some of those listed names, its almost like saying no to Ronaldo because we had Mandzukic.
That is if Paratici manages to offload those players I wouldn't mind such an upgrade :)

Having quantity does not mean quality. Ramsey and Costa collectively play like 10 games a season so I'm not keen on relying on them like that. Eriksen is one of the best players in his position, if we insist on the 4-3-1-2 it would be beyond foolish to pass on him because we signed some guy from Parma whose name I don't know how to pronounce just because he had a good half season.
True, but in the end he cost us shitload of money, they have to count on that player. The problem might be to offload the other players though.

Seriously we are crying out for a quality CAM/ CM. If there is any intention to continue with 4-3-1-2 then it is a dire need and one of the best midifielders in the world, perfect for what we need, is down to 6 months on his contract.

If we aren't all over that like stink on San Francisco then idk what Tootsie even gets paid for.

    Juve resisting Demiral bids

Leicester City and Borussia Dortmund have reportedly submitted €30m bids for Juventus defender Merih Demiral, with the Bianconeri resisting for now.
Sky Sport Italia pundit Gianluca Di Marzio states that both clubs have proposed offers to the Italian giant for the Turkish defender.
Leicester, who were also reported to be interested in Daniele Rugani, have supposedly made a €30m offer to Juve for Demiral.
Furthermore, Bundesliga side Dortmund have presented a €40m deal for the 21-year-old.
Juventus are hesitant to sell the defender, hoping to offload Rugani or Emre Can in an attempt to reduce their hefty wage bill.
Demiral scarcely played in the first three months of the season, but started the final four games of 2019.
His performances have seen him rise up the pecking order in the centre of the Juve rear-guard.
Juve only signed Demiral from Sassuolo last summer for €18m.

Borussia Dortmund have presented an offer for Merih Demiral, Who have to compete with Leicester City. The Turkish defender was unhappy in Turin, but got opportunities just in time & took advantage of them. Maurizio Sarri is happy & his situation has changed. [Sky]
