How much could we get from selling Bernardeschi? No way we will get the 40m back. I'd say sell him to use that for Tonali. Use Can maybe too for someone not named Paredes. Maybe I am wrong about Paredes, is it worth basically an even exchange?

Wrong. Khedira's contract extension was officially announced 12th September. Marotta's news that he was leaving came end of September but still remained till 25th October
Yes, that is when the news became public. Later through the Ronaldo saga stories and signing of Cancelo it was clear Paratici was in charge because Beppe was leaving that fall. You can't be gassing up Paratici for Ronaldo and blame Marotta for Khedira.

Nice job of deflecting tho. Because even if it was Marotta who re-signed Khedira it doesn't change the fact Paratici made numerous mistakes since then. Keep clinging to that one though.

Problem is who would buy him?

I know there were rumours of Barca but I really can't see teams outside of Italy with funds being interested. Then in Serie A I'm not sure many could afford him. The only team that seems like a fit for him would be maybe Roma or Lazio. I can't see either paying for him, so the only alternative would be a swapped for Zaniolo.

You do know it would have taken several weeks prior to khedira's announcement of his contract extension by which marotta would have still been in charge. But it's ok you can spend your life hating and blaming paratici for all your problems in life instead.

Ronaldo was different because paratici presented the opportunity to AA directly knowing marotta would hesitate over the economics of it and potentially lose out.
The fact that you make marotta out to be perfect is laughable, what about the signings of hernanes? Bernadeschi? Selling vidal for as little as he did, I suppose that was all Paratici's fault too right?

Bernie wouldn't be hard to sell, but recouping the 40m we paid for him will be nearly impossible. EPL maybe but after Kean I doubt English teams will look at Juve LOL

Roma aren't that dumb to swap for Zaniolo. Besides, isn't Roma being sold to a new American owner? They won't sell this winter.

I don't blame Paratici for everything nor did I give all credit to Marotta for good deals when he was in charge. But hey, who am I talking to? You keep rambling on about Marotta when the only reason you brought him up is to deflect attention from Paratici's blunders. Which there were many for the past 6-10 months he was the main man.

Funny though how Paratici had the power to go behind Marotta's back and sign Ronaldo while not having the same power to block Khedira's renewal.

So do you blame AA for approving all this and signing the cheques too ultimately he has the last say???

Thats brilliant milking from the fat man, glad we passed up. You'd have to sell the kid for 150+ to make up for all the bonuses and exaggarated wages.
Problem is there is a release clause as well rumoured to be around 50 mill. So basically the club wouldnt even make a profit if 50% of it goes to raiola anyways. Shame I liked the player, but it would have made no sense to sign him on these terms. Bullet dodged

I think he's going to have fine Euros. Plus, the season hasn't ended yet.
