That's a pretty sick team, Cuadrado ahead of Danilo is even better. This is what Sarri wanted but injuries have changed things a lot.

Realistically we have this based on fitness:

Chez-knee
Cuadrado - Chiellini - De Ligt - Sandro
???? - Pjanic - Matuidi
Berna
Dybala - Ronaldo

If Danilo stays fit then Cuadrado is perfect for the ???? role. That leaves our other biggest problem which is Berna so we should be looking for a winger/playmaker so anyone with Papu Gomez characteristics.

Our midfield recruitment has been dogshit for years.

Look at how smart Real Madrid are with their signings, they signed Modric, Kroos, Casemiro and Isco for less than one Pogba.

The only smart recruitments we have made in recent times is Pjanic and Bentancur.

Can, Rabiot, Ramsey and Khedira are all on high wages. What are they offering?
