You guys realize we will spend practically nothing on our backline and it will still be upgraded? Spinazzola and Caldara anyone?

We are significantly reducing the age of our defense next summer. Our midfielders are no spring chickens either.

Buy this SMS kid at all costs. For those of you fucking pissed we missed Twitter Queen last summer, don't you think its wise to get this guy?

Mark...you already know Beppe is losing sleep over this Bosman list. God.

Imagine...if you can...in one window where we bring Spinazzola and Caldara back AND try for De Vrij and/or Gimenez.

Licht and Barzagli's days are numbered. We need to ditch Asamoah while we still can too. lol if we ever wanna get close to that MVP midfield again we need to start with this guy and partner him with Pjanic/Matuidi.

We need nothing really in attack...maybe (keyword: Maybe) a backup for Higuain. Our offense is set.
Who?! :D

SMS is gonna cost at least 50 million, if not more.

Preach, Husti! Like your style, like your moves.

Also, hopefully we get to see a few more minutes for the Ruganz soon.

hm lets see: Caldara free, Spinazzola free, possibly Can and/or De Vrij both free, possibly Kean and/or Mandragora back from loan both free. Asa, Licht, Sami, Barza, Gigi gone, possibly Benatia too, thats a lot of wages freed up + a decent sum in transfer fees. Costa will probably be bought tho, i wonder if we can afford both Hysaj and SMS on top of that. i want to believe we can, but just in case sell Higgy for 50M :beppe:
As I was reading this, I was thinking, "wow, Zizi is actually going to pass on taking a shot at Higuain for a change", and then BAM!

You and Juliano just can't help yourselves, huh? Like it's your fucking job! :D

Pretty sure twitter queen is Keita Baldé Diao. You probably know that already though :D

I'd be pretty excited to see the club throw down 50-60M for SMS! Going to be a tough negotiation, though.

Hope those comments about wanting to come to Juve (made by his bro) are true.

It's not mutually exclusive you know? Barzagli can be in decay, looked out of it past games, and still be the case that bumbling Benatia and rookie Rugani aren't good enough.

With this alteration i agree.

Altho while in decay, he's also in a bad patch of form at the moment. He should improve again to a more acceptable level. Max should look into how that can happen.

I'm kinda disappointed by Benatia tho. And Rugani should improve faster.

Yeah I think people are overstating Barzaglis decay, we certainly isn't what he used to be (top 4 defenders in the world easily imo) but he is still a very good defender, still my first choice in partnering Chiellini for big games, Howdes probably once he gets fit though. Anyone but Benatia really, Benatia should be our last option tbh, but we all know he wont be

IMO aswell that Pol Lirola will be a decent RB choice for next season when he will return from his loan with Sassuolo. He is surely a better option than Lichtsteiner and i woudnt rate him worse than MDS either from what he shown so far.

Hysaj would be top priority for me next summer, along with SMS. everywhere else we are either set or are getting our loanees back/sign a freebie
Yes. These two players plus getting the rest of our guys back and we can close the summer in terms of arrivals. Sadly they play for Napoli and Lazio (with big hype). Those two would be a good 85-90m together. Then we have Costa's payment.

We better get a lot of money from CL to pay for that. Maybe we'll see a sale like Cuadrado's to get some cash since most of the other guys are pretty much free (Licht, Asamoah, Buffon, etc.).

Come on De Scilgio >> Lirola. Lirola is a 20 year old with 0 experience at top level. De Sciglio has already succeeded with Allegri and Conte. The only problem with his tentative success here are his injuries.

Lirola is doing well but its not like he setting the league on fire, which is expected as he is only 20 years old. This should be his first full season as a starter playing almost every game. We'll see how he develops.

Lirola even so young is more talented on the ball and can cross better than DeSciglio, as a 20 year old you cant really expect him to be strong defensively comparing to DeSciglio which has plenty more years and experience behind him but that is probably his only advantage next to this 20 year old which already showed a lot in a mediocre Sassuolo last season and is surely gonna bulk up and improve defensively for this season aswell whereas MDS started in a very talented Milan side and faded away same as them.. tho i can agree is too early to compare them anyway and there probably is no point continuing with this debate either because obviously we see this situation differently.

Anyway, by my personal oppinion, seeing our current RB situation i'd give this Lirola kid a shot even in this winter mercato.(not gonna happen anyway, but i'd rather see him improving quicker with Juve than with a very mediocre Sassuolo)

Keita “I’m an entitled little bitch” Balde

Guy always complained in social media when he didn’t play

Cold case of irony for you nerds: Lazio are doing better without him. What an amazing player he was!!

Lazio are also missing Felipe Anderson; it doesn't mean he isn't an important player for them. I'd have gladly taken Keita Balde, especially after the negotiations for Schick broke down. :sigh:

I had totally forgotten about Balde tbh. :D

SMS will be tough; Lazio are tough negotiators.

Our priority should be good right back and center back I think our defence will completely change for next season

You have forgotten about right back see personally going by our net spending I expect most signing being free transfers and if we sell sandro or dybala then we can bid for sms
We should stop that fucking policy already. A club of our stature/standing should be able to afford 70-80 million net spend each Mercato; otherwise, we are going nowhere fast!

But we have weakened our midfield and defence considerably this season we do need some serious investment in defence and midfield maybe 100 million euro net spending

doesent Hysaj have a clause? we should pay it and not waste time with ADL. as for SMS, he has a contract until 2022 (signed in 2015, why the fuck did he sign a 7 year contract i dont know), so will be tough to get.

We cant afford that, not with our income and wage bill. Stature means fuckall if you dont have the money
