Litterally watched a dozen times and I fail to see anything remotely stand out about him. Good passing technique but in pretty much a much to do about nothing way. Practically goes nowhere with his approach. We can do better and should look elsewhere.

Only saw him in the CL final and he looked like the goat Motta, got destroyed completely by Carrasco. I don't know how you go from being a total beast in Porto to looking like some random dude being thrown into the game that never played RB before

Yeah its bizzare, he was bit clumsy but physical dynamic player in Santos days too (Sandro in that same time was so different back then), but even if he was never particularly refined player he was never this utter clown he is in Real. Completely shot confidence and decision making, he is making more own goals and defensive errors then correct passes at times lol. Reminds me of when Real had Faubert.



He can redeemed for sure with us or another club, but dont expect him to be particularly smooth player, has tendency just to lose his bearings quite a bit.

I dont know Perreira besides one game, so I would take Danilo instead if given the chance. He has proven end product offensively, if we can rediscover him a bit defensively, it will be alright. And its easier in Italy where you as a defender allways tend to a teammate close back to assist you compared La Liga/some main European teams.
