Is there anyone who just isn't excited about verratti or im i the only one lol.
No, you're not the only one. Fuck Verrati. I want a German invasion, I want Gorektza and Dahoud and Tolisso and Danilo for RB, if possible steal Jesus from City too.

A big  at Inter and Milan being competition to sign Verratti.
Maybe Verrati wants to be reunited with his bff Berardi at Inter? :boh:

You're the only one and you're bound to remain alone on this field, lol.
I'd sell every player we have (bar CM) to get him but the transfer is virtually impossible. We are not getting any stars from abroad.
It's probably because I haven't seen him enough but then I find it hard to believe everyone here has. I'm a seeing is believing person. I'm open to joining the bandwagon but just feel like are we not just tadly overrating him?

Obviously I know his a top midfielder and better than what we got, but then there's probably dozens out there who are better than we got (excluding marchisio and maybe pjanic) but I don't understand the excitement.

Good news...

"But unfortunately for Rong, the Chinese government has decided to crack down on what it calls “irrational investment” in overseas players. It fears CSL club owners, many of whom are heavily indebted property developers, are paying far too much for foreign players and that China could become a dumping ground for overpriced players who cannot make it at the top level in Europe.

Chinese officials worry that these purchases do little to boost the development of the local game or improve the prospects of the poorly performing national team, which recently suffered a humiliating home defeat to war-torn Syria and is ranked 81st in the world. Despite the huge sums spent on foreign players, revenues generated by the local league are paltry, raising questions about the sustainability of the current boom.

Under the new rules, Chinese teams can only field three foreign players in a match, clubs must reserve 15 per cent of their expenditure for youth training and will face penalty fees if they are deemed to have spent too much on individual transfers. The Chinese Football Association also wants clubs to undergo third-party audits, with insolvent teams expelled from the league.

“There is definitely concern about Chinese football clubs spending ridiculous amounts of money buying foreign players,” said Chen Long, an economist at Gavekal Dragonomics, a Beijing-based research company."
Knew it wouldn't last... good.

There is no point in getting excited about something that's not happening. You are doing it right
