He is retiring after 2018 world cup. That's certain.
why is it certain? it's difficult to retire after spending all your life in the game, especially if you're still the best goalkeeper around

you mean 2-3 years after '18? I don't know if he'd have the energy in him to carry on. Think his decision has been weighed carefully and has to do with more than just fitness concerns
nah, I mean 2-3 seasons after this one which would mean 1-2 seasons after WC2018. if Donnaruma comes this summer, he's not gonna sit on the bench for 2 seasons.

It's definitely a diffucult decision to make and as I said he probably thought about it rigorously before making up his mind.

Regarding Dona, his contract end in '18 :beppe2:

He is destined to be Buffon's heir. Also, iirc Chiellini was a Milan fan :klin:
