He's one of those players. You suffer to put all that creative, effective, fancy when you dont have this type to balance it. He doesnt need to be good, he's calm on the ball under pressure and choses the easy option. (a few legendary cdm's had this ability, meaning they were godmode when recovering possession, but no issue when having the ball).

With Pjanic, Marchisio, Sandro, Alves, Cuadrado, Higuain, Rugani, Bonucci to sidepass it too, there is no issue.

I honestly would not care if we only played him in the Champions League. I think he would still be worth it because he is such an incredible player and having him in the CL knockouts would make us an extremely dangerous team. With Dybala Higuain and Robben we legit could wreck anyone

If it means moving Marchisio away from his spot, N'Zonzi is no go. And I don't think he's all that bright as a box-to-box so I don't see the point in splashing 30 mil... We better look elsewhere for someone like Kessié with a more attacking impetus in his game.
