Its nothing to with his Inter tenure, but he is defenitely not what we need, precisely because he is just a runner DM type, moves up and down using his physique tho ballwinning is not that great, is more of conservative b2b DM approach having decent presence physically, was the same in Monaco, he NEVER did anything forward, not even the basics, except a header or so.
Not agreed. That's exactly what we need – physical b2b runner, who can cover for Pjanic help Marchisio. Our midfield is too weak, someone like Nzonzi is not a world beater either, but he made Khedira and Pjanic look like puppies. I can take it with Pjanic, but Khedira is supposed to be an imposing player.
We have enough creativity on a paper, but our midfield is simply gets outhustled and outrunned - we need a big black imposing dude there.

Edit: everything is shit in inter, because inter is shit. Dude is 23 years old, he is in the lowest point of his career, gonna be a bargain. While Kessie is all talent and promise, this guy actually played in CL and was quite a player.

We do? Please tell me where, besides Pjanic in midfield.

And we need steel and hustle, but they need to be someone who is more two way then Kondogbia, you can watch video clip of his ENTIRE career so far, and you will struggle to find more then 2 offensive plays in it. Box 2 box means actually being able to go forward. His feet and passing is super below average, and his ballwinning is not that impressive IMO, its mainly about his physique and long strides.

We can defenitely do better, I liked him in Sevilla, but IMO he has looked nothing special since he went to Monaco. B2b big bull that has not much technique or imagination is not what we need, thats not a dynamic player, its even more worrisome then the opposite of what we have now for me, more technical/good instinct forward CMs like Pjanic/Khedira who cant hustle physically at all.

N'Zonzi is completely different and superior player, he is a pure organising DM type, he can actually shut down the mid as a holding mid in Marchisio role (Kondogbia way too brainless and relies mainly on physique to fit a static holding role).

Yes, we do. Marchisio is creative player and Khedira is quite a player also. They just don't click, because we are missing a player who plays it simple, effective and can cover for other guys.
And I could care less about some youtube clips. I've seen this guy played, even live, and he was a tough stuff to deal with.
He actually looked very good against us in Monaco, very-very good tbh, shrugged out Pogba like a bear.
I mean, Beppe and Paratici rated Kondogbia very high iirc.

Agreed with most of what you said (I'm more pessimistic of Verratti chance), except it will be very tragic if we keep Sturaro past this summer. Honestly its not hard to find a more suitable player who should be kept for the domestic player reasons.
Mandragora and Sensi come to mind, but im not sure we will be getting rid of our 7th choice CM whos on less than 1M wages. Doesent seem like a Marotta thing to do to me. Things might change if we get a high offer from England ofcourse, but I don't see it coming at this point

Khedira is NOT a creative player, you close him down and he will pass backwards most of the time he is smarter off the ball but on it nah man. Marchisio is decent creatively, but its mainly about being good ball retention smart player, he wont be creating outright opening plays for you besides some slick long balls. His vision isnt more then that mostly. So we are not stacked creatively in midfield.

And yeah as I said I used to like Kondogbia more until I saw him him alot more regurarly, and I know we followed him closely for long time, thats exactly why I used to be interested to see more of him. But he really is a brainless oaf, as I sdaid very good physically and shrugs off opponents, but besides that he is limited, and we need way more dynamic aspect then that. Someone like Tolisso makes way more sense, he is tough but is also real good technically and joining the attack as b2b, occasional goalscoring threat and can find open teammates more often.

There have been plenty of rumours about Tolisso, between him and N'Zonzi which would you prefer and why?

I honestly havent seen Tolisso enough to get full picture of him (I stopped watching Lyon when fekir got injured long time last season, and his breakout as a player is fairly recent thing), but he is the type of player we need more in a b2b, very dynamic tho I'm not sure how much of an upgrade he would be on Lemina, better but by how much is the question (more attacking instincts while overall similar type). While N'zonzi is seriously one of those low key dominating DMs who can elevate a team signficantly based on Sevilla performances (2 meter tall smooth beast), but I'm not sure if he can play with Marchisio (tho way stronger defender then Claudio, so maybe he can), but he is the type to free up Pjanic and et all alot by being next to them (would be insane upgrade to have him in squad instead of Hernanes, unlikely to see likes of Genoa bully us then when Marchisio cant play). If used right N'zonzi will make some top team really happy soon IMO.

@Mark @Salvo what are they saying about N'zonzi link here?

- - - Updated - - -

Nvm, I found an article that translated it last week:

“N’Zonzi is a great player, we’ve been scouting him, but we are only focused on the pitch at the moment.”

“Watching potential new signings is our job and our duty, but we should never forget that we already have a great squad and that every player we have deserves to play for Juventus.”

N’Zonzi is under contract with Sevilla until 2019 and has a € 30 million release clause included in his contract with the LaLiga giants. Antonio Conte’s Chelsea are Juventus’ main competitor for the signing of the French midfielder in January as the Blues are also being linked with welcoming the player’s services given the possible departure of Cesc Fabregas."

It makes sense Chelsea want him, defenitely a Conte type of physical beast type of player.

30m release clause should defenitely make any chance of signing him very easy.

Beppe doesn't even give a shet anymore. He wants someone he fukkin takes it. Watch him get Verratti next summer after straight up lying to Nasser Al-Khelaifi's face that he's not gonna do anything. If Beppe barged through my door and asked for my gf I wouldn't even fight him man, I'd know that the game is over already. Beppe didn't even wan't Higuain last summer but got so pissed at De Laurentiis' goofy comments that he just fukkin took him anyway. That fukker Aurelio was so smug about his huge 94mil clause and was so sure that Higgy would stay that the cheeky fukk Beppe just paid it all for the lols.
