The entire team was built around Pirlo. His brain played a huge part in bringing us back to the top, his last season might have been "meh" i agree, but so was Vidal's.

I thought this was a forum where you are entitled to give opinions, or must we all agree that Pirlo was number 1?! Fucking boring if you ask me. Pirlo's impact was great in Serie A, but he was largely ineffective in Europe (except in the season when we got owned by Bayern).

Vidal undisputed number 1. His impact was immense. Pirlo was quite meh in his last season here. I'd put him in 3rd, tied with Pogba. Marchisio is clear in 2nd. Khedira and especially Pjanic haven't been here long enough.

It's a tie for me between Vidal and Pirlo. Pirlo over Vidal 2011-2013 without a shred of doubt, 2013-15 it's for Vidal without a doubt. Vidal was more consistent throughout his 4 years, but Pirlo was the sole reason the 3-5-2 ticked so well and the whole team was revolutionized under his metronome passing. He won us the first scudetto single handedly. I'm not suprised to see people put him as #1 as I have a hard time deciding too.

After them comes Marchisio as #3, and Pogba as #4.

RakiVirus is spreading. keep it coming

- - - Updated - - -

Roma, Fiorentina and Juventus are all said to be interested in a January move for unsettled Napoli midfielder Jorginho.

The Italian international was in stellar form during 2015-16, orchestrating the play of the Partenopei with an incredible 102.6 average passes per game.

Since then, Coach Maurizio Sarri has increasingly favoured 19-year-old Amadou Diawara, who joined the club from Bologna this summer.

This has led to reports in Corriere dello Sport that Jorginho is increasingly unhappy, and is ready to move on in the transfer window.

The Italian newspaper reports that Roma are in the market for a midfielder, with Juventus and Fiorentina also keen on the 24-year-old.

Napoli are said to be keen to hold on to the player however, and would be looking for a fee of at least €10m.

Jorginho would be the perfect Vice-Marchisio. pretty much similar style of player

We really need a WC midfielder I hope we are looking for one though I doubt it.. We only look for starting players in the winter when our position in the league is really bad
