It makes no sense when midfield youth is what we have overflowing from Next Gen.

Nevermind Fagioli and Miretti in the first team. We have Rovella out on loan looking good. We have Ranocchia out on loan and impressing. We have Barrenechea in Next Gen who has been looking pretty good.

Even worse, we have Zakaria on loan and not likely to be purchased by Chelsea. We have Arthur out on loan and definitely not looking to be purchased by Liverpool.

To spend money on midfield when there are glaring holes at CB (even considering Danilo is probably a fulltime CB starting next year) with Gatti as our backup option and third in line at CB. This makes no sense.

The least i expect we sign in winter is a left back. Currently we don't need a left back. We already have kostic and Iling Jr. as a left wing back. Besides, we have cambiaso as well for summer

Real world wise - I have no idea how good he is since I never watched Brighton or dont recall watching them.

Scalvini - I know he is good on FM but is he really that good?

Mac Overratedster - Naah.. I rather we get someone who is good for a non inflated price. I see nothing special in him although he isnt bad.
Thuram - He is more hyped than actually that good. I`d take him on a low fee but I see him more a Lukaku light than a winger and it seems his club also understand it.
He could be a good signing but dont expect too much from him as he needs to seriously improve in order to truly be a great player.

Scalvini seems like the next Bastoni and has already attracted the attention of several big clubs like Bayern, Liverpool, City and United. The way he plays is impressive for a 19 year old. His height also makes him quite an imposing presence in the defense and in the box. Okoli is another interesting prospect.

I wouldnt mind Mac Allister for a decent price. I'd prefer Enzo Fernandez but we'll probably be out muscled by other clubs. As for Thuram, on a free he's a no brainer. When he and Kolo Muani came on for France in the WC they changed the game.

It is perhaps for the first time since the last 5 seasons that our mercato's priority is not midfield thanks to the next gen burst. We should focus on fixing the flank, i.e fullback, wingback and winger, as well as CB. At least one RB, one RW/RWB, plus one CB are needed.

France vs Argentina was a battle between a hungry side and star studded team who were a bit full.
They were good subs because it was their attitude that gave Argentina the win

hes younger, but im getting Golovin vibes from him. Remember when he had a great world cup and was hyped as the next star? He hasnt had a bad career, but he also never reached that next level. Whoever gets Enzo is gonna completely overpay, but I think he will still be a good player.
