The last time I heard Ramsey is making problems for others to sign him and he already rejected Newcastle among others. It said the only hope now is Crystal Palace - I think Vieira is their manager (or its another ex Arsenal player)

Will have the first draft of the said plan on 23rd. It still needs to be approved by the higher ups and after possible tweaks we’ll get the plan finalized no later than the morning of the 31st. There’s still time left to chase rejects and leftovers at that point.
