When did we get this broke? I know COVID hit us hard, but It doesn’t look like other clubs are as impacted as we are. We are talking about forced sales, or not being able to afford a salary.. not even spending 50+ million as a transfer fee.

The thing is the club got caught up in Bosman transfers without realizing the dangerous affects of these "free" players, especially if those players don't become starters and consistent.

The amortization of Ramsey isn't crazy in the long run if he's a starter but when he's contributing ZERO to the team, its deadly.

It's death by a thousand cuts. Too many players on the roster just murdering our bottom line. Add in all the transfer fuckery that was going to come back to haunt us at some time.

The good news is it should pass relatively soon (2 years, 3 years at the very most).

And this kid fits the bill to a T, fener fans I know (co workers and friends) been in my ear nonstop about this one. I tuned in couple times with them, expecting to laugh at their nonstop hyping. And what do you frigging know, this one looks legit like a total future beast in top football. Checked all the boxes for all around skillset plus old school aggression.
