No news on an agreement between Juve-Icardi Juventus are focused on getting a striker this winter but as of today there is still no specific name. The priority is to evaluate who could leave and selling players to make room for others. (Romeo Agresti)

Looking at Icardi's numbers his transfer looks like an Anelka or Bendtner type of a deal.

this season 17 games - 3 goals for 746 minutes, no assists.

Heres more data...

17 games...

6 complete games
10 games he played more than 70 minutes
14 games he played more than 15 minutes

In the last 3 years Morata has scored more and assist more than Icardi...

You could say that Morata has played more... ok...

Goal average from the last 3 years:

Morata 2,5
Icardi 2,8

Minutes needed to score in the last 3 years:

Icardi needs 54 minutes to score a goal
Morata needs 65 minutes to score a goal

Icardi IS NOT better that what we have... its pretty much the same...

"I believe that getting Vlahovic in January is very difficult. Fiorentina want to sell him this winter for 70- 80mln€. I think that Juve will opt more for cheaper opportunities this winter." (Romeo Agresti)

Icardi starts flanked with Berna and Rabiot. Kean and Morata coming on as impact subs.
I won't support this team.

And Icardi would change this how and why? What leads you to believe a guy who hasn’t scored since September, has 3 goals - 0 assists in 17 appearances playing with Neymar, Mbappe, Messi, Di Maria is going to come start banging in the goals here supported by the mediocre players we have? How is he a decent band aid? I’m honestly confused by the perception of Icardi here.
Hustinki is blessed with insane bias.

The man still wants that dinosaur Dzeko and still thinks Icunti, who was last seen being relevant in 2017, can actually guide our attack.

Talk about delusional.

At this point I just hope Juventus sell Ramsey cause having him and Icardi in the same team it’s just to much hate and disgust for me to handle
Just those two? The French Asexual Giraffe is just as disgusting, and then you have the Lolzilian Turd.

The issue with our strikers is not that they're horrible at scoring goals, they're not. Issue is that they have to fight for every ball with people jumping on their back at the halfway line because of nonexistent midfield.

Get better and more creative midfielders in, push the center of gravity up and let strikers do their job in the box instead of 40m away from goal.
This guy as nailed it. You can bring back Ronaldo, sign Messi or Mbappe and we will still look like shit. No forward enjoys playing with his back to the opponents goal at halfway line.

Our problems lie in the midfield. We need a proper holding mid or in case Dybala is not there, a B2B mid that will help in quick transitions but also help us dominate. The way Vidal and Marchisio did next to Pirlo.

A quality winger would also make a huge difference. For example current Berardi would shift the balance for us. Instead we have to play the most frustrating pair out there which is Berna and Cuadrado. Both too inconsistent. Kulu too moody. Only Chiesa screams class and he's been injured for a while now.

With proper support both Kean and Morata will be scoring more. Wasting money on Icardi's wages is the last thing we need.

Good, if you really aren't afraid of shaking the tree then Icardi for half a season shouldn't be all that difficult to digest IMO.

We won't buy a top striker in January, we all know this. So borrow one if we can, make some money in sales and start the reinvestment process a window early.
Maybe if its loan without obligation. Still, not sure a poacher like Icardi is the right fit.
