From the problems that we are seeing, I don't see how Zakaria (Or Witsel) is going to fix them. We have a problem scoring goals, not packing it in defensively. Zakaria will just sit in front of the defense along with Locatelli, but offers little going forward. Obviously the midfield isn't that good but focusing on this signing above others doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me, unless we just want to pack it in even more.

We need another creative force or goalscorer. I guess I would take Martial if he was offered for cheap.
We are in talks with Mitrovic the Serbian striker who has been scoring goals in the championship league

Why the hell would we sell Kulusevski? Another monumental f.up. Neither would we get the desired plusvalenza, not is his salary a huge problem. We could be without Dybala next season and this guy wouldn't be the worst thing to replace him. He has shown that with Pirlo.

Vlahovic is good, but he isn't Mbappe or Haaland. What if he doesn't work? We have no good CF reachable, so it would have to be some Zapat-esque signing. At best!

I would show the door to Dybala, Bernardeschi, Kean, Morata to get Haaland. Not Mbappe. Then there is Kaio and so forth - no reason to bring them here, unless they can be used.

A player like Zakaria would free up Locatelli though, who can definitely do more going forward when he doesn't have to focus on holding the shit together at the back all the time.

The only problem with Zakaria is his clumsy ball control he might get into trouble with high pressing teams

Juventus is an un-appealing destination atm with financial issues. We should stop talking about top players and build a functional team first and foremost. We are pretty much back to 2010 level with slightly better squad quality.

Because we would get plusvalenza with his sale and we would focus that money on a new left back or CM

That is true. But I don't consider Locatelli to be that spectacular in that sort of role. I like him making neat passes, being available for shots at the top of the box, but I don't see him as a Modric-type player. If having Zakaria allows us to use a 433 with Mckennie and Locatelli then that's fine with me, but I know Allegri would still want Loca coming back as a regista.

We would be better off using our players and looking for the next best thing. In both positions. Kulusevski might turn out to be a dud, but we wouldn't lose anything. On the other side he might be an improved Dybala...

I agree. But that is what the top management are for. Giving a rosy picture of what's next. I've never heard them saying we would take this route.

He’s only a year in the books, so we need a significant amount for a good plusvalenza.

Its easier and better to sell Rabiot, Ramsey, Benta
If rumored 35m fee is true then we would make a small one yes, but still

Better? Yes. Easier? I don't think so. And I would literally gift all of them for any bid, wouldn't think twice if it's 10 or 2m.

I wouldn't sell him just for the sake of it, but if we can get 35m plus then I'd do it. I don't think he will ever be anything more than a backup here and I would rather sell too early than too late. Another season like this and we won't get even 20m.

We need to be more reasonable with our expectations of what we can get player calibre wise. Few simple variables already to take into consideration. We have no real budget to splash on top players. The way we’re currently performing we will almost surely miss out on CL football next season, which means significantly less income and will also make it difficult to attract top players to come. They will want you to at least be in the CL… Right now it seems like we’re a disorganised shit show of an environment to outsiders.

We should already be happy if we can at least offload some of the expensive dead wood we’ve got in our squad in the summer and start a revamp/rejuvenation. Bring back Rovella, give Fagioli and Soule a chance etc. Our expectations for next season should also be tempered, yes we need to fix the midfield but the reality is that most of the team is old. So that will have to be addressed relatively soon as well.

Better focus on some lesser or subtop players that will provide at least consistency and give some younger players who are willing to prove themselves a chance.
