If we spend 60m on Vlahovic, we won't be able to afford Tchouameni for example. Pogba and Kessie are out of reach, Brozovic would be a good name but I somehow can't see it happening.

Vlahovic is good but he ain't no Messi or Ronaldo. You need to feed him and for that we need a stronger midfield.

After several seasons we need to finally fix the midfield with quality and reliable players.

But we need a striker as well....

But we also need to address the defense too...MDL needs a long term partner.

So basically we need 2 midfielders minimum, 1 striker, 1 CB and I'd probably throw in 1 LB also.

By the way, I'd take insigne on a free as well.

To do the above will take a few summers to achieve so until then we are fucked.
