Imagine both players become world class... Tbh I think both will suffer in the PL its too physical for them but if anyone can get the best out of them it's probably conte.
I think both will do well. The game might be more physical but there’s also more space and intensity to go up and down should benefit bentacur

i don't wanna be that guy again, but is either of nandez and zakaria can actually pass forward? nandez is the shittiest passer we've been linked for a while, he's a destroyer type rather than a creative one, i'm not that familiar with zakaria. will we use loca a bit further up the pitch? cause our main issue - besides finishing, which is addressed by vlahovic's arrival - has been creating those chances and getting passes regularly in the opposition box, and it looks like none of the mids we're linked with could solve that.

Best case scenario would be that Zakaria becomes a decent DM for us, allowing Locatelli a more forward role. Might become a pretty balanced midfield with either McKennie or Arthur.

Main problem until now has been that we had to play Locatelli in front of the defence, Arthur wasn’t fit enough yet, Rabiot and Bentancur for obvious reasons.

I think it’s a good thing that we have 4 midfielders with very different characteristics. Let’s not forget that in many cases it wasn’t the passing that blocked us from going forward, but mostly Kean and Morata receiving the ball and not being able to win duels, making a decent counter very difficult.

As you I don’t know much about Zakaria but this is what I’m hoping. He looks quite good in dribbling and he’s pretty athletic if I may believe the YT video’s. Anyway low risk and we know next summer our midfield will change face once again.

Well… I’d assume from what has been said about him, Zakarias will let Locatelli play further forward…

And with Vlahovic coming in, we finally have the type of #9 that Dybala thrives playing off of/behind… so I’d assume if our midfield can exert a little more control and the goalscoring burden is taken off Dybala to some extent and he’s given a partner to create for, hopefully the Locatelli-Dybala connection shall create chances for us.

If Paratici buys both it shows how stubborn he is, didn't think he ever made a wrong move.

I think Benta will do well, I'd be curious to see how Kulu does with the physicality of the prem but more space will probably suit him.
