Yeah Gerson isn't a CAM, but neither is Pogba. Gerson is a classic central mid to me. I disagree on his passing being average. You have to remember he's only 17. The vision is there. That's the most important to me at that age. Technique and execution can always be improved.

Still doesn't justify paying 13 mill for someone who has yet to break into the first team? I mean if he was really that good in a league like the Brazilian special talents break into the first team at this sort of age

Weak mercato, but then again the team didn't need much anyways. Big spending will always been done in the summer.

about Gerson, from the vids yes he played on a potato field so I can't judge him on that. On other vids you see good and bad things. Those were from last year. I didn't see the Brazil games at the u20 but I read he got a couple of assists. Maybe he improved? The media make it seem he's like the big deal. I'd be surprised we'd pay 12m for a kid though.
